In October 2016, after spending 16 years working for others in the accounting and corporate world,  Yazmin decided to start her own bookkeeping firm called Two Sisters Bookkeeping.  What a better name than this after all those years learning and working with her beloved sister. 

In December 2016, Yazmin became an Advanced Certifed QuickBooks ProAdvisor - a distinction earned only by an elite group of QuickBooks ProAdvisors.

In October 2019, upon completion of the Professional Bookkeeper Certification program at the Universal Accounting School, Yazmin passed the final exam and received the PB designation, so she became a Professional Bookkeeper.  In accounting, the Professional Bookkeeper™ designation represents a person who is proficient in the day-to-day practical application of the accounting process in small to mid-sized businesses.  This demonstrates the accountant’s expertise and commitment in this profession while providing quality service for their employer or client.
